  2. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pot. Fry chicken in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain on a wire rack.
  3. Make the sauce: In a small pan, combine gochujang, honey, ketchup, and garlic. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
  4. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
