Beef Radish Soup

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Add the diced radish and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes to coat the radish in oil.
  3. Add 4 cups of water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the radish is translucent and tender.
  4. Season with salt to taste. Garnish with green onion and serve with rice.
