  1. Peel the radish and cut into thin matchsticks (about 2 inches long, ⅛ inch thick).
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the radish matchsticks and salt. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until the radish is translucent and tender.
  4. Remove from heat. Toss with sesame oil, green onion, and sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
