  1. Make the marinade: mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Add the sliced pork and massage the marinade in. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat until smoking. Add the marinated pork in a single layer. Cook without stirring for 2 minutes to get a char.
  3. Add sliced onion and stir-fry for 3-4 more minutes until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
  4. Add green onion, drizzle sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve over rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
