  1. Soak dried gosari in water for at least 8 hours (overnight is best). Boil for 30 minutes, then drain and cut into 3-inch pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the gosari and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce and garlic. Continue stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until the gosari absorbs the seasoning.
  4. Remove from heat. Toss with sesame oil, green onion, and sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature.
