  1. Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Add the sliced pork and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Add the marinated pork and spread in a single layer. Sear without moving for 2 minutes to get color.
  3. Add the sliced onion. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.
  4. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve over rice with a side of kimchi.
