Frozen Pollack Stew

  1. Cut the frozen pollack into 3-inch pieces. You can cut it while still frozen using a heavy knife. Rinse briefly.
  2. Place the sliced radish in the bottom of a pot. Arrange the pollack pieces on top. Add the anchovy stock.
  3. Add the gochugaru and garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the tofu cubes and zucchini slices. Cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish with green onion and serve with rice.
