  1. Season the beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil. Stir-fry in vegetable oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sauté diced carrot and corn for 2 minutes. Fry an egg sunny-side up.
  3. Place rice in a bowl (or cup). Top with beef, carrot, corn, and the fried egg. Drizzle with remaining soy sauce. Enjoy by mixing everything together.
