  1. Boil the ramen noodles in 2 cups of water for 4 minutes. Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pot.
  2. Add the buldak sauce to the noodles and toss to coat evenly. If using an egg, crack it in now and stir quickly.
  3. Transfer to a bowl (or oven-safe dish). Top with mozzarella cheese. If you have a torch or oven, broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  4. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately while the cheese is still stretchy.
