  2. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet (or bungeoppang mold if you have one) over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter (about 2 tablespoons) into the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of red bean paste in the center, then cover with more batter.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. The red bean paste should be warm inside. Serve hot.
