  2. Make the bibim sauce: mix gochujang, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. Toss the cold noodles with the sauce. Top with julienned cucumber and half a hard-boiled egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
